Full Bio

“Instead of staying at the surface or seeking simple solutions to complex problems, I offer enabling spaces to deepen your exploration and enhance your sense-making capabilities. You will develop greater freedom in your mental models and narratives, and be more agile in exploring new possibilities. This will strengthen your alignment with your deeper aspirations and larger vision, build new competencies and unleash untapped resources – in yourself, in your team and in your organization – allowing you to respond to your organizational challenges without loosing sight of what is most important to you.”

Before I became a full time coach, I held multiple leadership roles in high-stakes environments such as the United Nations, civil society organizations, government institutions and Boston Consulting Group. Positions included working as Deputy Chief HR / Operations Manager, HR Business Partner, Knowledge Management Specialist, Process and Performance Improvement Officer, Senior Manager, Project Manager, Managing Editor, Senior Research Associate, among others. In all, I have over 20 years of diverse work experience spanning various industries and four continents.

My work has always been focussed on transformation. Working closely with senior executives, I have facilitated change, enhanced performance and fostered productive collaboration across organizational boundaries and continents. For most of my career, I have worked and lived in ever-changing environments, assuming increasing responsibility and operating under challenging conditions. My work, frameworks, and worldviews are shaped by these experiences: underpinned by the principles of equity, collaboration, and intercultural sensitivity, and informed by what it means to engage right at the edge where plans and decisions face the messiness of reality. On this journey, I have developed strong adaptation skills, resilience, and a clear focus on meaningful action.

I hold a Master’s degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC Paris, and I am an ICF certified Integral Coach (Level 2), certified Integrative Change Practitioner, certified Peace and Conflict Consultant and certified Mental Health First Aider. I am currently finalizing my 9-months program in Narrative Coaching. PCC accredited and ICF member.
