I hold a Master’s degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC Paris/Oxford University and am a Professional Certified Integral Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My additional certifications include Narrative Coaching, Integrative Development, Mental Health First Aid, Peace and Conflict Transformation, and ADHD Coaching.
Currently based in Hamburg, Germany, I collaborate with several international partner organizations, such as the St. Charles Consulting Group and the Moment Institute, USA. I support the development of international teams and leaders, as well as the creation of new learning formats and programs for a global network of over 1,000 coaches and change managers.
From 2023 to 2024, I was a Teaming Coach and Senior Manager at the Boston Consulting Group, supporting high-priority case teams and implementing effective teaming methods, ensuring maximum impact, growth, and sustainability.
Before joining BCG, I worked as an independent coach, trainer, and mentor in Taiwan, partnering with clients across Asia, Europe, and Africa. During my time in Taiwan, I also served as a guest lecturer at universities, addressing topics such as complexity thinking, leadership, purpose and career development, and sense-making in a volatile world. So far, I have worked with leaders from more than 25 countries, allowing me to adapt my approach to diverse contexts and industries.
Earlier in my career, I held senior roles at the United Nations, including Human Resources Officer in New York, Deputy Chief of Human Resources in South Sudan, and Change Management Specialist and Performance and Process Improvement Officer in Uganda. In these capacities, I led multiple initiatives to enhance organizational performance and strengthen workforce capabilities. I also collaborated with the African Union and the Afghanistan High Peace Council, among others, leading complex projects and fostering effective collaboration.
I operate from an interdisciplinary developmental framework and set of practices that allow me to shift between roles and contexts, attune to whatever arises in the moment, and address client challenges without being confined to a single tool or disciplinary silo. Drawing on principles of equity, collaboration, and complexity thinking, I empower clients to enhance their sense-making abilities and foster systemic shifts and innovation. Rather than focusing on short-term solutions, I create enabling spaces for deep exploration that expand clients' mental models and narratives. This process enhances their agility, aligns them with their deeper aspirations, and uncovers untapped resources within themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
