Gowri S Ramani is a Master Executive Coach with both ICF-MCC and EMCC-MP credentials and has partnered with over 450 senior corporate leaders in their leadership journey during the past 7 years for over 4500 hours as an external coach. Previously she has mentored & coached over 500 leaders as individuals and teams within companies internally over 15 years.
Gowri served as Board Director and Vice Chair on ICF Global Credentials & Standards Board, until recently when she completed her 2-year term. Previously, she was Director-Outreach at ICF Bangalore Chapter Board.
Prior to becoming a leadership coach, Gowri was a technology industry veteran, with over 32 years of global leadership experience in American and European MNCs like Hewlett-Packard, Borland Software, Philips (NXP) Semiconductors, Hughes Software Systems, Nokia Networks, Metricstream, Altisource and Indian MNC Infosys Technologies.
She has held a variety of global leadership roles including VP & Chief Quality Officer at Metricstream, Global Head of Services Quality at Nokia Networks, Director of Business Excelllence at Philips Semiconductors, AVP at Infosys Technologies among other roles. As a technologies, she has managed teams doing end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions like the Scheduling System for London Underground Ltd, Command & Control Systems for Indian Defence organization among others.
As a coach, Gowri is passionate about helping create new possibilities for her clients through leadership coaching.
